Refund Process

If a refund is approved after verification:

• Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another agreed method
• Refund processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers


Exchange Policy

In some cases, AK-Mart may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
